可申請退款的情況
- 技術性問題：下載的 SVG 檔案無法開啟、內容損壞或顯示異常。
- 未能成功取件：付款成功後，超過 24 小時仍無法下載檔案。
- 商品嚴重不符：實際收到的檔案與商品說明有重大差異。
不予退款的情況
- 已成功下載 SVG 檔案後改變心意。
- 因個人設備、軟體（如 Inkscape、Illustrator）設定問題導致無法使用。
- 對圖案設計風格或美感的個人偏好差異。
- 違反授權條款（如轉售數位檔案）後申請退款。

Eligible for Refund
- Technical issue: The downloaded SVG file cannot be opened, is corrupted, or displays incorrectly.
- Failed delivery: Payment was successful but the file could not be downloaded after 24 hours.
- Significant mismatch: The delivered file differs substantially from the product description.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after successfully downloading the SVG file.
- Incompatibility with your device or software (e.g. Inkscape, Illustrator settings).
- Personal preference differences regarding design style or aesthetics.
- Refund requests after license terms have been violated (e.g. reselling the digital file).
How to Request a Refund
Contact us by email within 7 days of purchase, including:
- Order number (ECPay transaction ID or Stripe Payment ID)
- Currency and payment method used
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots or the file in question (if applicable)
Processing Time
We respond within 3 business days. Once approved, refunds take 3–14 business days to appear depending on your payment method and bank (see table above).
